Mobile App Certificate (MAC) Awareness Workshop

A Mobile App Certification (MAC) Awareness Workshop was successfully organized on Friday, 17 October 2025, through a collaboration between TSE Solutions Sdn Bhd and the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology, TAR UMT, Kuala Lumpur Main Campus. The workshop’s main objective was to provide students with essential insights into the critical processes, industry standards, and requirements for mobile application certification, ensuring readiness for deployment and compliance.

The event featured a comprehensive agenda led by expert speakers from TSE Solutions Sdn Bhd: Mr. Patrick Wang (COO) who discussed the strategic importance of certification and career pathways; Mr. Anas Anwar bin Azizuddin (Mobile Software Engineer) and Mr. Muizz Majid (Network Engineer) who both focused on technical standards, testing, and coding practices..

The session successfully bridged academic learning with industry practice, providing a holistic view of the MAC process. To reinforce the key concepts learned, the workshop concluded with a lively Kahoot session, with attractive prizes given away to the top-scoring students. This engaging end-note equipped attendees with valuable and practical knowledge for their future careers in software development.
