Industry Guest Lecture by LGMS Berhad on Post Exploitation: Beyond The Breach on 17 May 2024 

Students from Bachelor of Information Technology (Honours) in Information Security, Faculty of Computing and Information Technology (FOCS) attended an Industry Guest Lecture about Post Exploitation: Beyond The Breach on 17 May 2024 at Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Management and Technology (TAR UMT). It was an honour to have Mr Jeffrey Low, Senior Cyber Security Consultant from LGMS Berhad to deliver the Industry Guest Lecture.  

Mr Jeffrey provided the students with a very good overview and real-life examples of the techniques used by threat actors such as privilege escalation, lateral movement and covering tracks during post exploitation stage. The Industry Guest Lecture provided the platform for experiential learning among the students and motivated students to further strengthen their technical skill sets in order to be successful in the cybersecurity industry.
