This recent success follows another major milestone achieved just weeks prior. On 19 June 2025, three teams from TAR UMT participated in the WorldSkills Malaysia University Challenge (WSMUC) 2025 for Cyber Security category hosted at UniKL City Campus (MIIT).
Demonstrating exceptional skills in red team and blue team Capture The Flag (CTF), one TAR UMT team is shortlisted as one of the finalists to compete in the WSMUC 2026 Finals.
The success of these students and strong dedication by TAR UMT FOCS lecturers highlights TAR UMT’s commitment to nurturing "industry-ready" graduates.
